Plymouth Pubs Past & Present is an ongoing project to document every pub/public house that has ever stood within the Plymouth boundary. A new pub is featured in Chris’s regular Looking Back column in the local Plymouth newspaper, the Herald and over 200 have been published in two volumes of Plymouth Pubs: Past and Present.
Plymouth – As Time Draws On was Chris’s first book series, with Volume 1 launched in 1985. The first two volumes collate Chris’s drawings and accompanying articles written for the Evening Herald are both out of print. Volume 3, Victorian Plymouth, takes a similar approach but features etchings and images from the 19th century.
