2. Delivery

2.1 UK
Delivery to addresses in the UK is by Royal Mail and is calculated in the shopping basket section of the site, before any payment is requested.
2.2 Non-UK orders
Overseas orders are not calculated automatically, and customers should email or call the shop using the details in (1.) for confirmation of shipping costs before purchase.
2.3 Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. UK Delivery should be within 7 working days but please allow up to 28 working days. Please notify us when ordering if there is a particular urgency or deadline you require the goods to be delivered by. There may be an extra cost to meet certain short-notice deadlines.

3. Payment

Secure payment is made online through Payment Sense secure online payment system. Your details will not be passed on to any other organisation for marketing purposes or otherwise.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) consumers have a right to cancel their order within 7 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which they receive the goods.
4.2 To cancel, consumers must inform Chris Robinson’s Plymouth of their intention by letter (effective on the date it was delivered), fax or email (effective on the date it was sent).
4.3 This does not apply to DVDs that have been unsealed.
4.4 The order will be refunded in full within 30 days (including initial shipping costs) however, the consumer must return the goods at their own expense.
4.5 Consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

5. Returning Goods

5.1 Chris Robinson’s Plymouth will pay for faulty goods to be returned to the above address.
5.2 Cancelled goods must be returned to the above address at the consumer’s expense.

6. Other Information

6.1 Your details will never be passed onto third parties and we will never contact you for marketing purposes or otherwise.
6.2 Calls to the shop will be charged at the national rate.
